2. Overview
This website is a photography portfolio. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it has no contact forms. Personal data is processed only to the extent technically necessary to deliver the website, and when you contact me by e-mail.

3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA. When you visit it, your browser automatically transmits the following information: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, and your browser and operating system. This data is processed to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. Webflow delivers content through content delivery networks, including Amazon CloudFront and Fastly.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable presentation of this website.

Webflow processes this data on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not use any tracking or analytics tools.

5. Fonts
This website uses fonts already installed on your device. No fonts are loaded from third-party servers.

6. Contact by e-mail
If you contact me by e-mail, I process your e-mail address, the content of your message and any further information you provide, in order to respond to your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or to steps prior to entering into one, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Your data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example under commercial or tax law.

7. Link to Instagram
This website contains a link to my Instagram profile. It is a plain link: no Instagram content is embedded, and no data is transmitted to Meta when you visit this website. If you follow the link, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited applies.

8. Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by https:// in the address bar.

9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise these rights, contact me at the e-mail address above.

Right to object: where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

10. Right to lodge a complaint
